Bryan Lentz

Bryan Lentz has been a practicing Registered Massage Therapist since successfully completing his Massage Therapy course in 1996, and has had the privilege of working with athletes of all levels for the majority of his career.

Bryan obtained his Physical Education degree from Augustana University College, where he worked as the Trainer with the A.U.C. Vikings Hockey Team. After graduating he then spent two seasons as Head Trainer with the Olds Grizzlys (AJHL), winning the Centennial Cup National Championship in 1993-94.

He then went on to study Therapeutic Massage and has been focused on massage since. Beginning his practice in the Calgary's downtown core, Bryan spent the many years treating the active corporate sector.

Following this, Bryan served as the massage therapist with the Calgary Flames Hockey Team for 15 seasons, the last 10 years as a full-time, travelling member of the medical team. During this time he had the opportunity to work with a vast range of management and coaching staff, a very talented group of medical personnel, and hundreds of NHL, Minor League, and Junior players.

Although hockey has been his main focus, Bryan was invited to work for the Saskatchewan Roughriders Football Team’s training camp, preseason games, and selected regular season games. This was a great experience working with a different group of athletes.

Bryan continues to provide massage therapy treatments in a clinical setting, for athletes and the general public, helping clients achieve their goals of accelerated rehabilitation, recovery, and improved performance.
